Yuexin and I decided to go watch We The Kings live in Singapore because we love their latest album Somewhere Somehow and partly because we wanted to watch a gig together hahaha. I wasn't a huge fan of WTK before, I just love their songs like check yes juliet, skyway avenue, friday is forever etc. But after watching their vlogs, they're really cool guys. We went together with Camy and her friends Amanda and Michelle, they're fans of WTK since their secondary school days. It's WTK's first time in Singapore so we couldn't afford to miss the show.
I look bloated here ew.
Tip #1 when you go to a concert: wear thick platform shoes so you get a better view and for self protection HAHAHA.

Travis was so good at singing live. Nearly teared up when he sang Sad Song. Damn feels!
Travis made everyone shine their phone torches when it was pitch black. The effect is darn amazing wooo.
Guess who caught Travis' fedora hat!!! MEEE HAHAHAHA. But it was torn because I was snatching it away from other fans LOL.

This year we decided to celebrate Fathers' Day differently by going on a trail at MacRitchie tree top walk. It was refreshing just getting away from the city and enjoy nature for a bit. I'm glad to be able to experience this walk with my family (without Camy cos she was in Korea, bleah).
We woke up at 8am on a Sunday morning, that's really rare btw haha. Fighting!

So here comes the "exciting part"... we decided to go another route, thinking it'll be a shorter way out. We were obviously wrong and WE GOT LOST. IN THE WOODS. I should've taken some photos but we were too busy finding our way out hahahaha. It was a little scary and there weren't any reception!!! OMG. Our 6km walking trail became a 11km walk. We spent almost an hour tracing back our steps and desperately searching for signboards to guide us. It was indeed a memorable experience haha. We rewarded ourselves by filling our tummies with prata at Casuarina Curry!
We went home to rest and then went out again for dinner at Vivocity.
